Marshall B aka The Smushkins

We have welcomed a handsome, baby Golden Retriever into the Buondelmonte family! It's been the hardest responsibility that we've ever taken on, but also incredibly rewarding.

I'm so excited for you all to meet him!

When we got him, he was only 5 weeks old! Luke and I didn't realize how young that was for a puppy and the huge journey we had ahead of us. But we were up for the challenge.

How can you say no to that face?

Marshall's Favorite Things

1. Human Flesh ... He loves to bite and chew right now

2. Tile ... He's obsessed with the cold tile!

3. Grass ... Loves to be chased

4. Fred the Ted ... His teddy bear that he loves to snuggle and wrestle

5. Blankets ... Especially his Mom's favorite red throw blanket

Marshall's Least Favorite Thing?

Bath Time.

He was not happy with Mommy after she scrubbed him clean and dried him up. We wrapped him up in blankets and Luke snuggled him in our bed. They were both snoozing within minutes! I'm thinking next time we will try bathing him out on the patio instead.

Every day he grows more and more. His last vet visit was on January 16th and he weighed 12lbs! He has gotten his first two rounds of shots and is happy and healthy.

He's such a good boy. We're still working on the potty training and biting ... Thank you to Momma and Mama B for the training books! The material has been incredibly helpful. We already have him sitting on command every time!

Nap Requirements:

1. Cold Tile

2. Mommy or Daddy's Feet

3. Preferably wrapped between the stool legs
